This notice explains how One Arabia ("we") handles the information you provide through the enquiry form on this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
One Arabia, a sole operator based in Bahrain, is the data controller for this form. To reach us about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- The problem or message you type.
- One contact detail you give us (WhatsApp number or email).
- Your business type.
- Technical anti-spam data: a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address and the time of submission, used only to prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
Please don't include passwords, financial account numbers, or other people's personal details in your message.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to you. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we do not send marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process data on servers located outside Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer. We are notified of new submissions through a private Telegram message to the operator.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months so we can follow up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and, where it applies, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will act on it.
